Terms of Use

About this website

This website provides information about GY Group Real Estate and its developments. Use it lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt the service, access restricted areas, submit misleading enquiries or misuse another person’s contact information.

Property information

Images, architectural renders, layouts, dimensions, amenities, completion dates and project descriptions are provided for general guidance. Renders may show illustrative finishes, landscaping or furnishings. Prices and availability may change; please request current details from our sales team.

Website content and form submissions do not by themselves reserve a property or create a sale agreement. Any purchase is governed by the separate written documents agreed with the relevant seller. Confirm specifications, charges and contractual terms before making a commitment.

Appointments and enquiries

Viewing and showroom forms send a request to our team. A submission receipt confirms that the request was received; appointment availability and arrangements require confirmation. Please provide accurate contact information so we can respond.

Calculator estimates

ROI calculator results are illustrations based on the inputs and assumptions shown. They are not a guarantee of rent, occupancy, appreciation or returns, and are not personalised financial advice. Actual outcomes and costs may differ. Obtain independent advice appropriate to your circumstances before investing.

Content and third-party services

Website text, branding, photography, designs and other materials belong to GY Group or their respective rights holders. You may view and share links for personal use. Obtain permission before reproducing or commercially using protected material.

External websites and embedded services operate under their own terms. We do not control their content or availability. The website may be updated or temporarily unavailable; contact our team if you need to confirm time-sensitive information.

Privacy, updates and questions

Our Privacy Policy explains how website enquiries and personal information are handled. The Cookie Policy explains browser storage. These website terms may be updated, with the revision date displayed on this page.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. For questions about the website or a development, contact info@gygroup.ke or our sales team.
