Information you share
When you contact us, register interest, request a private viewing, book a showroom appointment or request an ROI follow-up, we collect the details you enter. These may include your name, email address, telephone number, preferred property, apartment type, budget, purchase timeline, appointment preferences and message.
Newsletter sign-up collects your email address and consent. Registration records can also include the time of your consent. You can use the ROI calculator without submitting contact details; calculation assumptions are shared with us when you choose to request a follow-up.
How information is used
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, discuss relevant residences, arrange requested appointments and manage follow-up with our team. We use newsletter consent to send property news and updates. Website and security systems may process technical information, such as network addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the service.
Processing depends on the purpose: responding to steps you request before a possible transaction, operating and securing the website, complying with applicable obligations, or acting on your consent. You may withdraw consent for marketing by contacting us; this does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Service providers and external content
Authorised team members and service providers supporting hosting, record storage and email delivery may process information needed for those services. Providers may operate outside Kenya. Applicable safeguards are required when personal information is transferred internationally.
Pages may display externally hosted images and embedded YouTube videos. Loading external content can share technical information with its provider. Links to WhatsApp, social networks and other websites take you to services governed by their own privacy notices.
Retention and security
Information is retained for the purposes for which it was collected, including enquiry handling and any applicable record-keeping obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and your relationship with us. Contact us for details about a particular record or to request deletion.
Access controls help restrict enquiry records to authorised staff. No online service can guarantee complete security; please avoid including sensitive identity, payment or financial documents in general website enquiry fields.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable Kenyan data protection law, you may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate or misleading information, object to processing, or request deletion where applicable. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
